Terms & Condition per the Rental Agreement

 **Rental agreement and reservation deposit are due within 10 days via check, credit card or money order**

       We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express

Check-In: 3:00PM. Check-Out: 10:00AM. Check-In Date and Minimum Stay: June through mid-September, unit is normally rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Rates: Include 12% tax, departure cleaning and linens.Guests: To ensure the proper family vacation atmosphere, we only rent to families, married couples, and mature adults 25 years of age or older. Occupancy by more guests than stated in the rental agreement is prohibited.No Pets: Under no circumstances are pets of any type allowed in the unit. Should a renter be accompanied by a pet attempt to occupy the unit by any devise, they will be immediately evicted and/or admittance refused and the Reservation Deposit, Rent, and Security Deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages. The person(s) will be responsible for any expenses which, may result, in addition to any right or remedy available by law. Non-Smoking Unit: These accommodations are non-smoking. Telephone: Unit phone is for room to room calls only. Condo Articles: Towels, blankets, furniture, pillows, etc.…are NOT to be removed from the unit.Parking: Up to two cars per unit are allowed. Parking permits will be mailed in your information packet with code to key box.Security Deposit: A $200 security deposit is required for all rentals. The security deposit will be immediately returned to you if the unit is free of damage, acceptable inventory completed, and keys returned. Departure Maid Service: We provide departure cleaning. We ask that you please remove all food from the unit, load the dishwasher, and empty the trash upon your departure. Excessive sand on floors or in showers/sinks, trash removal, dish washing etc. will incur an additional cleaning charge. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel for any reason, please call as soon as possible. We will provide a 97% refund (less 3% credit card fees) if cancellation is 60 days prior to date of arrival. Transfer of Reservation: No transfer or sublet of any reservation is permitted under any circumstances without written agreement from the owners. Weather, Acts of God, and Other Events: In the event that there is a mandatory evacuation or inability to occupy the rented condo due to weather, act of God, fire, flood, or other cause beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of the owners of the condo, the maximum liability for any claim, lost expense, or damage shall in no event exceed sums actually paid by the renter to the owner and owner will not be liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with this Rental Agreement. Keys/Pool Tags: (1) in key box on condo door and (2) in the condo to use during your stay. (4) Pool tags are in condo. Upon departure return (1) key to key box w/ID tag for the next guest and leave (2) in the condo. Do not drop keys in box at the front security gate. Check your beach bag for pool tags and beach locker keys (if applicable) …. $50 lost key charge. $10 lost pool tag charge.
