We've prepared a list of questions and answers that reflects most of the things guests want to know

- What are damages?
- Please keep the sliding glass doors closed at all times. Leaving the doors open and the A/C running will result in severe damage to the HVAC unit and will require a service call. In addition, this will cause the A/C vents to sweat which damages the wall/paint.
- Please rinse off all beach gear at the showers by the beach and/or pools before bringing up to the condo. Do not wash these items off in the condo tub/shower or sinks. Sand in the shower/sink drains turns to concrete and will result in a severely clogged drain and a service call to the plumber.
- Please do not put sandy towels and blankets in the washing machine without shaking and removing all sand. Sand in the washer will immediately clog the pump and result in a service call.
- When will my damage deposit be returned?
- How much is the daily breakfast buffet in Lodge I?
- Can you rent chairs/umbrellas from the lifeguards on the beach?
- Do you have pack-n-plays, high chairs or roll a way beds available?

What time is check in?
- Check in is at 3pm. In the off season or slower times during the year, an earlier check in time is possible. Please email me a few days prior to your arrival to see if this is an option.

What time is check out?
- Check out is at 10am.
What is included in my information packet? When will the packet be mailed to me?
Your information packet will include condo information, code to the key box on the condo door to access the key, and your parking passes. The packet will be mailed about two weeks prior to your date of arrival.

Are linens and towels provided including the sofa bed?
- Paradise Found will leave you an ample supply of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. All beds will be made with fresh sheets, pillows and a blanket. Sofa bed linens are in a Tupperware box over the washer/dryer. We do not supply beach towels.

Do I need to stop at the Ocean Creek Resort office to check in?
No. This is a private owner rental. The Ocean Creek Resort office is strictly for guests renting them.
Do I need to stop at the main security gate?
No. As long as your parking pass is hanging from your rear view mirror with the info facing the guard, he will wave you through the gate.
- How do I access the condo key in the key box?
- Your information packet will include a code for the key box. The box is located on the inside of the louvered door. Roll the four numbers to match the code in your letter. Next, push the black release button down with your left hand while easing the front of the box open with your right hand. There is one key in the box on a metal dog tag that will unlock the door and several more keys in the condo to use during your stay. Please return the key to the key box so that you will always have a spare in the event that you get locked out. Upon departure, please be sure the key on the metal dog tag is in the key box for the next guest and leave the other keys in the condo. Do not drop off any keys at the security gate or the Ocean Creek office.

Is a password required for the internet?
- No password is required for the free wireless internet in Ocean Creek. From the drop down wireless menu on your computer, select the strongest connection ending in "contract data".

Where are the pool tags?
- The pool tags are in the condo. If the condo you have rented has a beach locker, the key for the locker will also be in the condo.

I am staying in the Tennis Villas and/or Lodges....which pools may I use?
- As a guest in the Tennis Villas and/or Lodges, you may use any of the pools in Ocean Creek including the oceanfront Beach Club and the Indoor Pool located in Lodge II. You may not use the North and South Tower pools as these are for owners and guests staying in the Towers.

I am staying in the North/South Tower...which pools may I use?
- Guests staying in the South Tower may use any pool on Ocean Creek's property EXCEPT for the North Tower pool.
- Guests staying in the North Tower may use any pool on Ocean Creek's property EXCEPT for the South Tower pool.

Does the Oceanfront Beach Club Pool have snacks?, drinks?
- The Beach Club serves soft drinks, smoothies, and alcoholic beverages. They have grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries etc.

What paper products and toiletry items do you supply?
- Paradise Found stocks each condo with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bath, one small bar of soap in each shower, bar or liquid soap at each sink, 3 dishwasher pods, and a small bottle of dish liquid. Since this is a private rental, we do not restock these items during your stay. You will need to either bring or purchase your favorite brands once the above runs out. We do not supply washing machine tablets. There is usually coffee filters in the condo but you may want to bring to extra to be on the safe side. All units use the regular basket style coffee filters. A few of my condos have Keurig coffee makers and that will be noted on the site.

Do you provide daily maid service?
No. Private rentals do not have daily maid service. If you need a daily clean or mid-week clean, my girls will be happy to work something out with you.

What do I need to do prior to checking out?
- .Please remove all trash from the condo and start the dishwasher. Please make sure the sliding glass doors are closed and lock the front door. Please be sure the key is in the key box for the next guest and leave the other keys in the condo.

What are damages?
- Paradise Found strives to provide clean, comfortable and well maintained condos to our guests. All of our rentals are privately owned by people just like you and me. With that in mind, the condo owners and Paradise Found hope you enjoy our second home and treat it as you would your own home. Accidents happen to all of us. Please report any accidents or damages as soon as they occur so we can promptly correct them.

When will my damage deposit be returned?
- Your damage deposit will be returned within a week to 10 days after departure. You will be notified immediately if any damages were found or if we feel the condo was left unusually dirty.

How much is the daily breakfast buffet?
- The daily breakfast buffet is located in Lodge I which is right behind the North Tower. The buffet is about $9 Monday thru Saturday and slightly additional for the Sunday brunch.

Can I bring my pet?
- Ocean Creek does not allow pets except for owners.
Can you rent chairs and umbrellas?
- Yes, the lifeguards on the beach rent chairs and umbrellas daily/weekly from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Do you have chairs, umbrellas or any beach gear in your condos?
- No we do not store any beach gear in the condos.

Do your condos allow smoking?
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside all of our condos.

Do you have pack n plays, high chairs or roll away beds available to rent?
No, due to lack of storage space, Paradise Found does not have any baby gear. I use Noah's Ark (843-272-2565) which is located about a mile north of Ocean Creek for cribs, high chair, or stroller rentals. Noah's Ark does not deliver. I also use Baby Quip (910-448-4964) and they do deliver to Ocean Creek.
