Welcome to M3 located in the North Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

Our condo is meticulously maintained and exceptionally clean. M3 a has gorgeous view of the ocean, duck pond and surrounding property from the extra large, L-shaped balcony that extends across the front of the living room and down the side to the dining area. 2022- New LVT flooring installed throughout the condo. 

Within this tastefully decorated condo is a comfortable living room with ample seating, new coffee and end tables, 48" SmartTV and Smart DVD player. The dining area has seating for four. Our kitchen is overstocked with dishes and cookware. The large master bedroom has all new furniture including a king sized bed, with private bath, cable TV, as well as a small private balcony. The master bath has a new double vanity sink and tub/shower combo and two walk-in closets. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with private access to the hall bath and cable TV. The hall bath has a new single vanity and walk in shower. A washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave and disposal are also provided. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking!
